DHL is our logistics partner for an inexpensive and secure international delivery service. Delivery times can be found on DHL’s world-wide delivery times list.

Once your order has left us and is with DHL, they will contact you the next day via SMS and/or email to let you know when to expect the delivery. All you need is your tracking (shipment waybill) number.

Returns

Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. For more detailed information review our Refund Policy.

All sales outside of the US are final sale items please verify our measurement table and fabric composition as we will not be able to return any packages once they have left US territory.
